Craft Beer

June 20th to 26th is Ontario Craft Beer Week. There is a huge diversity of wonderful beer brewed here in Ontario, and I hope you all will take the week to help me celebrate it! I know a lot of people like to say they always buy their beer at the LCBO and not the Beer Store, since the latter is owned by Labbatt, Molson and Sleeman (all now foreign owned). But the fact is that Ontario Craft Beers are in both places, and you can often find different breweries in one place or the other. My local Beer Store has a far greater selection of Ontario Craft Beers, than does my local LCBO. But nonetheless I visit both places because they each carry different beers.

Last week I got an email from the Ontario Craft Brewers about a new "Ambassadors" program that they have going. So I clicked on the link to check it out, and decided after seeing it to sign up. I figure I already consider myself a Beer Ambassador, so why not, right? Wow, I had no idea what would happen next! This morning a huge box arrived by courier on our front step, and it contained a whole bunch of swag, shown here!
